4 Easiest Techniques to Activate Inner Energy

tenaga dalam

Everyone has inner energy, this energy comes from the subconscious that can exceed the body's usual energy. This energy has been there since birth, but most of us don't know how to use it and how to activate it. Sometimes, this energy is activated when someone is in a critical situation, for example when being chased by a tiger, people can climb trees easily and quickly even though they have never climbed a tree before.

Inner energy has many benefits, such as increasing brain intelligence, increasing concentration, easier to get positive energy and release negative energy, wiser, and can be used for healing, and others. If you want to activate there are several ways that you can practice anytime and anywhere.

1 | Islamic Method

Spend 30 minutes a day practicing internal energy.
Sit cross-legged with your right foot on top of your left foot and position your hands like an ascetic.

And read this:

A’udzubillahi Minasyaithonirrojim
Bissmilahirrohmanirrohim
Asyhadualla Illa Hailallah
Wa Ashadu Anna Muhammadurosululloh
… Allahuma Sholi’ala Sayyidina Muhammad
Wa’ala Ali Sayyidina Muhammad
Allahu Akbar
Allahu Akbar
Allahu Akbar
Demi Allah
Rosululloh
Allahu Akbar
Lillahi Ta’ala
La Haulla Walla Quwata Ila Billahil’aiyil’adzhim.
(Ya Allah)

Then the last word Ya Allah must be accompanied by dhikr of breath, how to inhale as deeply as possible while saying "Allah" in your heart. Hold your breath in your stomach, then exhale slowly while saying "Yes" in your heart. Do the dhikr of breath as many times as possible until the energy in the karomah is felt to rise through the vibration of the hands.

After that, to test it you can try using a light bulb and intend to fill the light bulb with your inner energy. Then, throw the light bulb, if the energy is sufficient then the light bulb will not break.

2 | Breathing Method

  • Take a cross-legged sitting position and place your palms on your thighs. Then close your eyes.
  • Breathe slowly but regularly continuously.
  • Point your concentration at the center of your eyes.
  • Inhale slowly for up to 20 seconds after that hold for 20 seconds and exhale for 20 seconds as well. Do this exercise 20 times every night for 15 days.

3 | Other Breathing Techniques

  1. Find a place that is fresh and quiet, position your body upright and cross-legged but relaxed like meditation.
  2. Close your eyes and inhale through the nose making sure the stomach expands. After that exhale slowly through the nose making sure the stomach deflates until all the air comes out.
  3. Focus your attention on the abdomen. Repeat this abdominal breathing technique for up to 10 minutes. Usually you will feel a flow of cold air around the abdomen.
  4. After that, do the chest breathing technique, how to inhale from the nose as deeply as possible until the chest feels rising and expanding. Hold as long as you can, then exhale slowly through your mouth. Repeat this breathing for up to 10 minutes.
  5. Breathe in from the nose slowly and deeply to make sure the chest and abdomen expand.
  6. Focus your concentration on the solar plexus, you will feel a slight pressure in this area.
  7. Hold for a while. Then exhale slowly through the mouth, trying to get all the air out until it runs out until the stomach and chest deflate. Do this for 10 minutes.
  8. To test it you can try to intend to gather energy between the palms. Then rub the palms of both hands and bring the palms between 10 cm, and feel the electromagnetic waves that will occur. If successful then you can manipulate the electromagnetic waves. For example, to cure diseases.

4 | Binaural Beat Audio Technique

This technique is quite easy, you just need to listen to the mp3 binaural beat with your headset then focus your attention on the area you want the chakra you want to awaken. Keep in mind, the human body has 7 chakras that have their own functions. The first chakra, on the tailbone, functions for a positive physical lifestyle. The second chakra, near the genitals, below the abdomen, functions for happiness, and positive emotions.

The third chakra, in the solar plexus or navel area, has functions for growth, healing, and personal energy. The fourth chakra is in the heart area, for the energy of loving oneself and others, awareness, and healing. The fifth chakra, located in the throat area, is for positive communication, and expression of energy.

The sixth chakra, located between the eyebrows, is useful for visual energy, headaches, and dream control. And finally, the seventh chakra, located in the brain or crown of the head, is usually used for positive thinking, energy for understanding, and wisdom. For the audio, just choose alpha or theta to make it easier to concentrate. You can download the mp3 file HERE.
